Other than the stands being off the back it appears to be in great shape,

As said in the description, $15.00 is just over what it will cost to mail it and this is only because I am taking cash only and would like to avoid getting coins in the mail.

This got over 2000 credits last time and shipping was the same,
If I have to relist again I will save it until I get the funds to free ship and see where it goes if that will make everyone happy.

picture does not show hand set, is this becauseit is nolonger there? If not is the cord end intact so that it could have a hand set attached

The hand set is there in the picture,
it is the part where the Coin Slot/Bottle Opener/ and other stickers are places on the right side.

It has the cord from handset to base as well as the wall cord, both appear to be in good condition and have working ends attached.

people don't like sending cash in the mail.Iguess you don't take paypal or what about personal check and wait 4 it to clear,postal money order ??

Cash only at the current time,
I realise that I am losing credits because listians of the past and present have been and are currently taking advantage of people and stealing their money as well as buyers that receive items and then claim to have not received it and filling out dispute forms to get their credits back.

I have considered and thought about all this but I cannot help my resources at the current time and I can only use cash to mail packages.

I do not have an I.D. so unless you send a cashier check or money order that is blank so that I can have a neighbor fill it out and cash it for me I cannot take them.
I do not by any means take personal check, and paypal is an option but I have not linked a bank account to receive the debit card and I do not have a printer so I would be mailing out of pocket in the end.

I ran an internet retail website for some time and I am very serious about online customer relations, I get disputes due to my "Cash Only" Policy almost every week, yet I maintain a 100% postitive feedback rating because if the customer has right to be dissatisfied I make it right and I do it promptly,
However I will not refund credits for your neglecting to read the description, so please read carefully and understand everything before bidding, in most cases I will not make exceptions to the rules after the auction is over.
