I have no idea where to start. My plan is to get a deck and learn the rules as I play. I just need help putting a good deck together. I don't have a lot of money so I was trying for credits.

Ah ok, well, the lot you see here is all the ones I have left that are standard legal - which you would need to play in tourneys. If you just want some older ones to learn with, and play against your friends, I will have some older lots coming up in the next few weeks. The norm for a deck is a min. of 60 cards, generally divided up into 20 land, 20 creatures and 20 others. I am going to message you privately with some links that will help you further :)
