This is an original and beautiful masterpiece resonating the beauty of mexican native indigneous indian art. hand signed matte finish pottery vase with elaborate artistic designs & motifs, created by leopoldo de mexico.
the circumference at the widest point is 3 1/2" inches. the diameter at the rim 3 1/4 inches and item stands at 7" inches in height. hand crafted in the 40's.
please note that seller is not an expert in any of the items being offered. appraised value is $114.00

Sorry jodi, but I just can not resist commenting, everyone should know how interesting these pieces are. Everybody: It is completely possible to decpher these petroglyphs and determine the region these pots were made in Mexico!! And the Petroglyphs read like a book if you devote the time to studying them. They are not just symbols. Each one has a significance-keep that in mind. Sorry jodi but I could not resist, being in the Southwest right by Mexico and surrounded by many Native American cultures one trully learn to appreciate these type of things.
