Questions & Comments
if bidding goes over 1,000 i will include a random holo!!!
Charizard is worth more in Mint condition 1st edition, actually is valued at $80. Charizard Unlmt. Ed. is only worth $8. Alakazam 1st Ed. is $15 where as it is $4 for Unlmt. Ed. And that isn't just valued because of popularity, it is actually because when the cards were first made Charizard was the rarest because it was most powerful. Though it is true that now Alakazam is less common, that is because it was 1 less popular and therefore less taken care of than Charizard, and 2 less duplicated then Charizard. So given that logic, you're right, it should be valued more, but the sad truth is that it never will be.
Besides, 1/102 only means that it was the first in the series, Charizard is 4/102 it doesn't add any extra value, actually, in most card games, the first in the series is usually a pretty common card, this is actually the exception that proves the rule.
