This is the Monterrey Aquarium.They have an outside ocean pool for creatures like the sea otter here. THE second Postcard tells how the sea otter wraps up in kelp ( the giant seaweed with bulbs in front of the sea otter) so that he can keep afloat above the sea water to breathe. The Northern California beaches are covered with this kelp washed to shore.I have been to many aquariums but this is the best one.Several years ago they had the best website on the internet. Size 5.75". by 4".The starting is the postage amount.I am 100 % disabled vet and I can not afford free postage.
