Heavy Water is a GI Joe Collector's Club Exclusive figure in the 3 3/4 Inch size. He glows in the dark. He is in the original collector's club packaging and is new without a file card.

The picture is of a previously sold sample. We are dealers and purchased a number of these. You will receive on it substantially the same condition, but colors may vary. If you aren't satisfied we will take him back and pay the return shipping.
