Christinalrizzary6, I sent you a message on some super cleaning tips! LA AWESOME is perfect for cleaning the cloth type Coach bags!!! :-) Cheapest cleanser & does wonders! Never washine wash, can ruin and break down the leather trim on bag & handles :-(

No hangtag-and the leather trim has some light wear as with most used bags..i wouldn't call it cracks. Overall I would call it Very good condition. I haven't had anyone disappointed yet. :)

Hi sweetie, is there a ink pen mark on the inside serial tag? Looks like blue ink and if so will this be able to come clean prior to shipment or is it hard to get that removed without damaging the tags color?
