This auction is for a brand new bottle of Jerome Russell's Punky Colour Semi-Permanent Hair Dye, in the color Alpine Green. (Still in plastic packaging.) 3.5 ounces, easy-to-apply texture (not thick or pasty like other dyes.)
First few pictures are of the product, and the rest are of the physical item.

This dye is a vegetable based dye, and involves no chemical treatments. You apply it, let it sit in your hair, and wash it out. Bam. That simple. Look up the full instructions for the process online.

I can verify from my daughter's various experiences and experimentation with this (and other) dyes, that the dye is true to the color advertised, and fairly long lasting. She simply decided to switch to another color, so we had this extra bottle that was without use.
For the color displayed in the first picture, your hair must be bleached- however, this dye will also highlight your natural hair color. Meaning, on black hair, you would be given a beautiful green "glow"... etc etc.
The first picture is an accurate example of what your hair will look like, assuming you use the dye correctly.
