No it won't hold for long. Smooth areas are the best. On popcorn it would go on all wrinkled. Sorry. Good luck!!

Yes. You can adjust if needed. You apply to wall (smooth surface). If you never did a vinyl read instructions completely. Also my husband recommends a few YouTube videos I could send for installation. But honestly... I've done them all over my home! They are very easy to me. I've never asked for help. Lol
