This is a fabulous pair of black polyurethane shorts made by BOUTIQUE TWENTY ONE. They are made in China.
These pants have flat front and close with a zipper and metal snap.


2 back pockets.

The short bottoms have a 1.5 inch cuff.

Fully lined.

Made of: 100% polyurethane. Lining: 100% Viscose.
