do u start them ina pot indoors then transplant outside or do u keep them inside ina pot to geow i liv ein nwpa where its cold in winter do they survive the harsh winters ?

I start all mine in pots, I live in zone 9 and at times it gets -9 here and mine comes up every year.

I put mine in the yard when they get big enouch, but they will do very well in a pot as well
