About the phone: The phone works, but has a small amount of water damage to the screen (shows in pictures #1 & #2). Had the phone in the kitchen and a drop of water from wet celery got on it, my husband went to wipe it off and pushed the water drop right into the ear speaker. The sound is temperamental, sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. It has some minor superficial scratches on the back of the phone. Aside from the above mentioned issues, the phone is in good condition. It works well as far as apps, WiFi and camera.

My husband and I had our phones through Verizon. Since February though my husband has used his iPhone 4S with his net10 pay as you go account, so I am pretty sure this one can be used for another service as well. I have used this phone on WiFi only for the last few months, but got a new phone recently and don't need the iPhone anymore. It has already been restored to factory settings and is ready to be set up.

About the case: it is a plastic hard case with a skull and rose on it. Has a couple of scratches on the back and the top corners are slightly broken, but it has protected the iPhone well.

USB cord: it is kind of dirty looking and I had to tape the plastic where it plugs into the phone because it started to come apart, but it still charges the phone perfectly.

Wall charger: I don't have the original wall charger that came with the phone, so I am including an extra that I got with my Gen 1 iPad. It should work fine for charging the phone.
