How hard is it? Can you actually squeeze it or is it a harder rubber?

It's somewhat hard . it is sqeezable and has a kind of loud squeeky sound ,really entices dogs unless they're afraid of the squeeky noise. It's made by Kong and is quite durable. I've had people tell me it was the only kind of toys she gets for her dog cuz they last! I don't know the actual material, perhaps it's Kong's secret, I don't know. It is their NEW line of toys. Ok thank you! Yes, Kong is whst I buy as well but some of them are too hard for my Spencer. He's a Yorkie which is why I have to watch how hard his toys are.
