This vintage hula dancer costume is an INFANT size for children aged 1-5 (see second image). I mistakenly thought it was for an older child, but it wasn't large enough. It includes the raffia grass skirt (approximately 1 foot long by 1.5 feet wide), a small "coconut" breastplate, very large shell necklace, flower (supposedly for the hair but it is attached to the coconut bra) and a bonus "How To Hula Dance" instructional insert (see final photo). I bought this from a thrift store thinking I could use it for an art project, but never had use for it so I'm listing it now. Hopefully it will actually get used! :)
