There are 4 metal hooks that go through the eye holes in the top. The are flat on top so they don't hinder the door from closing in any way :) If you have anymore questions please feel free to ask!

I also forgot to mention that I have one in black with grey trim..its exactly the same as the one in the picture besides the coloring. The winner can choose whichever one they would prefer!
