Offered is an original political campaign badge, button pin tab 1 3/8" that promoted Republican Barry Goldwater of Arizona for President against Democrat Lyndon Baines Johnson of Texas.

There is some slight wear on this classic gold color tab connected to the Goldwater surname.

I am a member of the American Political Items Collectors (APIC us) and am offering this duplicate from my collection.

If it hadn't been for his hard edged politics on the war (Gold water thought the Commies were going to drop a bomb on us, so we should strike first), He would have been my pick ofer George W. Bush in a heart beat. Johnson was not any better than of them...... the more things change the more they stay....
