This is a barely used One Touch Ultra 2 diabetic meter for testing your blood sugar. It is a very nice meter, simple to use, and comes with its own black nylon carrying case. It zippers closed with a pocket on the back with Velcro closure and a strap to slide it onto a belt as well. Inside there is a mesh zippered pocket to keep your lancets in and I have included one of the bottles of test strips with 2 left inside so you can order the same number as its programmed in already.

I no longer have the instruction booklet but you can call the company and they will ship you out a new one.

I was given a second one when I was put back on TPN, IV nutrition. I only test when on TPN as the glucose content is very high otherwise I am not diabetic and don't need to test if I'm off of TPN. I'm on it indefinitely now and I simply prefer to use the second meter they gave me. There is nothing at all wrong with this one and it works just great.
