Not a stretchy fabric, it feels like a rayon/cotton blend

previously worn, but still in GREAT CONDITION!!

Hi. It measures 40" from top of shoulder down to bottom of hemline. It goes to the knee, depending how tall you are.... Like I put in listing, there is no tag to show Size, but when I wore a 2x is when this dress fit me. It wasn't tight or clingy either. The material is not stretchy, so it hangs comfortably.
