I have 8 DVDs... that's why I was surprisingly happy to run across your post. I had considered buying them in bulk from ebay, but I'm not a big ebay user & don't regularly keep money on my PayPal. I will definitely be bidding. Just hope I can get it right. I watched on YouTube the difference between using a heat gun & a blow dryer. I guess heat guns work much better. I may have to buy one from online or maybe a local craft shop. Thank you VERY much for your help. :-)

Hey there. I was wondering, will these (using a hair dryer) heat shrink around a DVD? Basically to make it look new? I've got a family reunion of sorts coming up & I made a video for each of my uncles & aunts. Should I buy a heat gun to use them? Great auction, btw! :-)

Yes they will shrink down over the DVD and they will look like brand new. You can use use a blow dryer to shrink them. I have a heat gun that I use, but a blower dryer will work just fine. I also have a smaller size shrink wrap that might fit better then these ones.this size is kind of big for a DVD. Check out my other auctions to see the smaller size. Have a good night... ~Cheri

They shrink quite a bit so you can get these and trim the extra. I kind of have to experiment with them to make them look perfect. How many DVD's do you have to do? Make sure you leave about three to four inches around the edges before shrinking them. You will see they shrink to a tight fit.
