To get the specs Ma'am, simply press windows key + R key..it'll open a run window..type in there DXDIAG and press Enter...it'll open another window which you can find informations like Processor, BIOS, Memory, System Model etc.

I hit comment too quickly.
The easiest way to check ANY computer is this.
Hold down the key with the windows flag on it and then TAP the key that has pause break on it. That will bring up a System Properties window which will have all that your computer has in it.

Hi, You just have to look on the bottom (if not a area on the keyboard casing) that has the Model number on it... such as IBM ThinkPad and a number.
We need that number in order to look it up for you to show what is inside that laptop.
