these seeds are from trees that were given to my grandfather by the conservation corps they were said to be black mulberry and they do turn black when ripe
they are abundant producers and the only problem that l have had with them is that l have to beat the birds and squirrels to the berries

Cool, yeah?!! I came from San Diego to Durham,California to take care of grandma and she had a mulberry tree in her front yard that grandpa planted for her on one of their anniversaries!!! Now I gotta have them!!!!

yeah my grampa used to have 40 or 50 trees guess he knew someone one the planting crew lol remember picking them for jelly and syrup yup l was purple for a few days after that deal but sure liked the jelly when the snow was blowing

So they grow in zone 9 and do they grow into big trees
