Do not be discouraged if you notice no one bidding ! MOST people will wait until the last day of the auction to bid, and even more people will bid that last hour and last few seconds of the auction -- In hopes of winning it! When I first started listia, i would panic and erase the auction if no one had bid by time the last few days came aroune, but then I realized that that is actually when the majority of people bid!

You have 13 watchers already, that's great. That's at least 13 people who have seen this and plan to bid or are watching it to see how high the bids go before they decide to bid or not so you should do great on this! Just be sure to keep replying to comments, this shows potential bidders you are active! But to reply, click on the comment your replying to and the option to REPLY should pop up. Reply that way. That way they will get notified that u commented.

They have to give you your credits. Lol. No worries on tht! The thing is, is when the auction ends, let's say for example it ends at 20,000. Well even tho YOU don't get that credits until after the winner claims the item is received, BUT listia takes the credits from the winner as soon as the auction ends, and "holds" them. Once the winner says they got the item, listia will release them to you. If 20 days go by after the auction ends and the winner still has not claimed they received their item, listia will automatically release the credits to you. The BEST way to be sure the winner doesn't try to scam and lie and say they never received the item, is for you to get tracking on the item. It's FREE when you ship either flat rate, priority, or first class. First class is the cheapest way to ship most items that aren't heavy. Just tell the post office u want tracking too. This way you have proof of when the item is shipped to their mailbox. So even if they try to lie, listia will still give u yout credits. And tracking only cost about $1 when you ship other ways anyway. It's worth the extra buck!

Yes that's what I actually do, I start bidding towards the end. I'm just kind of nervous that they will receive their package and not give my credits. I noticed on my last two listings that towards the end people start bidding more & more. Thank you for your edvice! It really helped. Wish you good luck !

One thing to look forward to--- once you have gained a foothold on listia, maintain good feedback and have been a member for a little while, you will begin getting the winning credits as soon as the auction ends, rather than having to wait until after the item is shipped and claimed as delivered! Like me, if I have a auction end today, I'll get the credits today. I don't have to wait to get them anymore, :)
