The listing, AT&T HTC Smartphone 8525 FREE SHIP has ended.

Up for free is my AT&T HTC Smartphone 8525 with Windows Mobile Page. It is NOT a tilt. It is a used phone that works great. Just upgraded. There are tiny scratches on the screen from normal wear and tear. The phone slipped down my seat and got SLIGHTLY dented on the back just above the battery door. It DOES NOT interfer with the removal of the battery door or battery and the case IS NOT cracked. Dark silver facing with black QWERTY keyboard. Will come with fully charged battery, UNLOCKED, stylus pen, manual and wall charger. You will need to use your own SIM card. Some Features:

Shill Bidding is when there are people in an auction that intensionally drive up the price with no intention on buying the item. They work for the person auctiong the item and sometimes even for the auction house. It's illegal and once an auction house is know for it (or a seller) they usually belly up and go out of business.

It is unlocked and no it won't. Like apples and oranges. Both fruit but completely different. The sim cards MAY fit but it won't talk to the phone's motherboard.

For one, That's not my FB profile. It belongs to a niece who got what she deserved and is no longer there. I let her use my puter and she didn't log out like I thought when I clicked on it. AT&T phones don't say Cingular on the front for one, and two.....that appears to be more than just SLIGHT damage. And DC is your choice if you want to use it or not. Sorry mod, you are supposed to just monitor the auctions, not tell people they have to use DC which isn't free. Why don't you do something about all the LEGENDS shill bidding while you're at it?

The pictures are the phone. Every time I try to shoot the part with the slight damage it comes out blurred. I am guessing that's what you're referring to. I will try again.
