It's a layette. It was sealed, as a gift box, although I pulled open one corner to see the tag. It is not sized anywhere. My non-expert opinion would be that it's for a newborn, as people usually buy this type of gift for a newborn. But, I am guessing, so I don't want to be held to that. I guessed on another item recently and it came back to me with negative tones!

I think it is on the box, where the price sticker was removed, and some glue is stuck to the plastic lid.
