Samsung Omnia ll windows smartphone from verizon. This doesn't take a sim card and it's not pre-pay. It does require a data package. I don't know if it can be flashed to another company. This comes with charger and is in good used condition. Does have normal wear and tear and some light scratches on screen but not noticeable when on. On top left corner is a few bite marks from my kitty but not that bad, if you put a cover on the phone you cant notice anything. (I am listing a New cover seperatley, so check it our).Please not i will not lower days and i will not add a GIN option, thanks. And i will ship free to the U.S and i will charge $6.00 to ship to Canada

what i found when i called customer service is that you CAN get the Omnia without the data plan but you will be charged for every picture/video message that you send or recieve...Although text messages are allowed... they recommend you to get the email and internet plan just because of the fact that you cant send pic messages and use the internet.... although this is true.. if your just going to use it for the texting and phone calls.. then yes you dont need the data plan
