This is a Pokemon Battle Top from 2000. It was a premium in a box of Kellogg's Pokemon cereal. It's Pikachu. Made of yellow plastic, with Pikachu's brown stripes, black ears, and red cheeks. He is winking one eye. Top is new, never used, and sealed in the original package. Top is almost 2 1/2 inches high, and 1 3/4 inches wide at widest point. Great for anyone who loves Pokemon. A nice piece for a collection. Great stocking stuffer.
