Offered are two (2) 1950s postcards from Central City, Colorado.Both are of the old part of the District showing the area of the Opera House and Teller House. The top displays the gardens adjoining the Opera House and Teller House and an ancient Spanish arastra ore crusher. The bottom shows the parlors of the Teller House with carved rosewood furniture and chandeliers.
These cards display the early social life in Central City, Colorado. Both cards published by S. S. Newbury, Central City, Colorado with "Micro-Color" by W. A. Krueger co., Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
