I'm an EMT too . I don't know what you mean by a "real EMT zhirt", We wear a white dress shirt with the patches on our sleeves but... I bought this at a police, fire & EMS supply store. You can buy them online at many of the EMS supply stores. I was heavier when I got this shirt & now it's enough too big that it looks sloppy on me, that's why I'm getting rid of it.

Ya I wear the same thing its just as like if I'm off duty or sometimes when I'm at quarters I take of that white shirt and have a under shirt so I was just asking if its official

It's the official EMT symbol if that's what you mean. Most companies like their EMTs to wear the dress shirt because of the message it portraits as looking professional. Like... say you are walking through a store while on duty and you're wearing your uniform of the blue pants and the white dress shirt. People seem to go out of their way to say hi to you and look up to you vs if you just wear a t-shirt displaying the star of life you rarely get a second glance. I've been an EMT for 22 years =)

Yup ive seen things before too before I was in the army as a EMT and legs blown off its crazy I only been an city EMT for 14 years... and one question do you have any TAC pants I need to get more lol

I have a few pair, I'd have to look at what size. I stopped running full time when I got a full time job at the hospital working as a sterile processing tech so I sold a good bit of my EMS stuff. What size do you need?
