Barcardi Rum you say, well it nearly Christmas, but you can make this cake anytime of the year. You don't have to use a Bundt pan, but it looks real pretty if you do.
I'm not a big fan of bought cake mixture or vanilla puddings, but for this recipe, it works just fine, so if you not a great cake maker, or don't have the time to make from scratch, then this will do just fine, and you only need 1/2 cup of dark rum for this recipe, so there is no need to go a buy a whole bottle, 2 little miniature bottles is fine.
