why is tracking not guaranteed ? come on now your no newbie its simply adding tracking and asking for a receipt with the tracking number on it so it can be tracked and if it is lost in the mail you have to refund the winner I suggest adding $50 free insurance to any package for items like this again it is free to add $50 worth of coverage (free) tracking is free or very low added cost.

I lost you about halfway through that. But yes, I'm not a newbie. That's why I don't have to guarantee tracking; I have good reviews. The reason I can't guarantee tracking is because I'm very busy and I can rarely go to the post office so I sometimes just put the package in the mailbox with stamps on it.

you can print and pay for labels online very good time saver and is also less cause they give you a discount just have to make sure your shipping weight is correct esp if not shipping flat rate
a cheap scale and some boxes and mailing bags stocked up helps too
I got a good scale off ebay new for under $18
just fyi
but the tracking doesn't just cover you hun as a good seller it also covers buyer and seller if the item does get lost trust me when I say it happens
the tracking would help with filing a claim if it is lost and the added free $50 in insurance can really help if the item is lost and you have to refund the buyer their credits

even items with tracking can get lost had just recently happen and thankfully they found it finally but after my buyer asked for her credits back and I had to talk to usps several times. it worked out as she ended up giving me the credits back but not all may do that .. and the items I shipped if hadn't been located would have been a $400+ plus loss for me on this package I actually had $500 insurance coverage on it that only cost me $4 more on my shipping cost and if I was able to prove my contents added up to that much in value they would have had to reimburse me it didn't come to that but if it had sure well would have asked for it cause my items in the package added up to almost that amount in value

when you ship an item you can request insurance coverage on it no matter what however if you ship it priority mail in a flat rate box any insurance coverage $50 even and below is free so if you say I want insurance added $50 coverage it would be free same if it was $10 or $40 anything over $50 in a flat rate box is a charge but only a few dollars or so for example as I said I put $500 insurance on that package so it added about $4 to my shipping total for the package instead of being $12.80 or whatever it was it was $18 and some change

sure np yeah it helps lessens the trips to the post office to see how much an item will cost to ship, as well online click and print you get a discount and I now know there is also regional shipping options that is pick up that is also less than regular shipping to a person home or business (they would have to pick up the item free no charge to them from their local usps store) ah there's a lot to if you ever want any pointers etc hit me up but for this item I feel asking too much but hey maybe someone else doesn't so good luck
