Sparkly and super cute!! This dress is size 12 months, long sleeved with sparkly tulle and sequin ruffled skirt by Samara. Has a sparkly purse appliqué on 100% cotton top, skirt is polyester. Most of the things I sell are shipped free in the USA only, (Which means it costs more to send.). This is why some of my prices may seem a little high. NO REFUNDS FOR FAILURE TO READ AND UNDERSTAND THE LISTING/TERMS! These items come from a nonsmoking home. However, we do have dogs. I do everything I can to get any hairs off of the items before they are shipped. Occasionally a stray hair or two may slip in and if so, I apologize.
