Absolutely no. It is still in that wrapper.....I thought i said new in the listing, but maybe I didn't.....I would never list used lipstick or any kind of lip gloss, becaseu of germs that could be spread from one person to another...That would not be sanitary....

No don't be sorry. It is a very good question....Anything you see on my site is not the same as I see listed under makeup; slightly used...Because of sanitary conditions; I will always list ony new and unopened. You would never and should never bid on something in lipstick line or makeup line that has been opened and used...There are so many kind of germs outhere today, such as colds, flues, herpes, mono and all other kinds of things unknown to men....I hope this helps sweetie...Never think you have ask me a wrong question...I will answer it always as fast as I can and with all honesty.
