Patty Pan. Fruits are very pale green when young and turn chalk white when about 5” in diameter. Flesh is white with a fine texture and mild flavor. 47 days.
Originally known as “Pattypan squash” due to the resemblance to antique, scalloped, pie plates. This vining, good producer of white, scalloped fruit, which are best picked and eaten at 3-4” diameter, will spread out wide, so plant spacing needs to be remembered

GENERAL GROWING INFORMATION
2-8 lbs./acre.; 7-10 days, 72ºF. Start early indoors in pots and transplant after last spring frost. Can also be seeded directly in the field after soil temperature is 72ºF.
