Waste: 13in while laying flat
Length: 16in while laying flat
Slit: 4½ long while laying flat

I've had this skirt for over five years and have never worn it, the tag has no size, no washing directions, and does not say what it's made out of. All it says is "International Newport Group" (as seen in pictures)

I do apologize for the discoloration in some pictures, the lighting changed while I was taking pictures but it is black.
