My collage design is based on a charming 1940s-era vernacular snapshot of a puppy playing with a ball of yarn. (There are lots of photos of kittens playing with yarn, but how often do you see a puppy?)

I restored and altered the vintage photo, lightly colorwashed it with heart-felt red, and had it professionally printed on heavy-gauge white card stock.

Each gift tag measures approximately 3-1/2 inches x 2 inches. I finish each with a red & white threaded grosgrain ribbon as shown.

Fiber Care Wording

On the back, I've printed "Handmade for You", "Fiber Content" and "Fiber Care", also in red, against a background of red and pink hearts.

The cardstock is matte finish for a better writing surface.

Packing & Shipping

I package each set of tags in a cello sleeve, as shown here. Then I slip them into a sturdy cardboard mailer for shipping protection.
