The listing, (nonworking) I-pod nano 3rd generation has ended.

yellow ipod nano (it is an apple i-pod), I believe its 3rd generation, has no camera, i got it in 2009, has been sitting in a drawer for a year. There is no music in it, it got moisture in it before I could use it. I can't fix it but if you believe you can salvage it go for it.

it's a 4th generation not a 3rd, so see, it's better than you think : ) And yes, people love to flag for NO reason, other than they probably don't have the credits to bid, and want you to relist it so they can build up more. sad. Nice auction, not sure if it's fixable, would depend on the amount of water damage : )

People LOVE to flag it seems. I've had a number of good listings removed (for no violations). Best bet is to just relist and move on.
