If you post something you don't have or never had , and did not intend to sell, it's called Fraud, check the FBI link , I can give it to you. It's up to 20 yrs jail time . I see you had one sale so far which was incomplete. If you don't have or never did intend to sell this jade pendant ,it would be best to take it down. The FBI does check on internet complaints I am sure. I have see lots of pics of people who were caught. Also FYI , if by any chance you are under 18 you cannot be on Listia , I believe, please check the rules. If you are over 18 and this is a legitimate auction and you can produce a genuine jade pendant there would be no issue whatsoever. But you have said yourself you are stopping the auction so you need to close it.And refund the highest bidder their credits ASAP or like I say , you maybe subject to arrest for fraud. A lot of kids do fake auctions thinking it's cute. it isn't cute. it's against the law. But I will presume you are an honest person , right? There are 29 people watching, all witnesses.Listia is not a place for games. Hopefully you will do the right thing. You know we can "flag" auctions ,by pressing that little gray flag below below the word "facebook" above/ and if all 29 people flag this as being questionable, (which they may have done, we can't tell) Listia will be along shortly to talk to you.

I do have the jade necklace, but it's in a different location than where I am now. It's currently at my house, but I'm in china taking care of my dad. The auction ends on the 20, and I come home around January. I need to change the date of the auction, or have the bidder be a little more patient and wait for me to come back and then ship it. I can promise that I do have it and that I do intend to give it away.

Most people are willing to wait , they just won't release credits until it's received I an sure, I've had a number of people who've done that , either because of delays due to bad weather, or then they want to wait for another item, so I will hold something (to combine shipping) it's worked out fine.
