The 1st pic shows the front sheet which consists of large stickers - the bear for examples is 5" x 4" so you can use the stickers to them different scrapbook pages - there are seven stickers. The center section of these stickers can be removed and replaced with baby photos. See picture two for some possibilities on how you can decorate your scrap book sheets with the pictures and dimensional stickers.

The 1st picture also has five self sticking sheets of foam stickers. These are sealed so it's difficult for me to see them all but the red sheet for examples has hearts and flower cult outs that could be added to your scrapbook for dimensions.

It also includes two additional sheets 8.5 x 11" of scrapbook paper on which you can decorate the stickers. See picture two which shows the background scrapbook sheets decorated.
