Offered is an original 5/8" lithographed political campaign button, badge or pin that promoted Alf Landon of Kansas and Frank Knox as the Republican candidates for president and vice president in 1936 against Franklin D. Roosevelt.

This pin has its original yellow felt behind the pin to resemble the Kansas sunflower theme that was used in the campaign.

I am a member of the American Political Items Collectors (apic.us) and only offer original campaign items.

What color is this pin and is is the 5/8 measurement for the pin/button only? Or does it include the sunflower. Thank for a great auction, new fan

Thanks for asking. The pin background is chocolate brown with yellow. The 5/8" measurement is the pin only as the felt extends approximately a 1/4" beyond the pin. Much appreciated.
