They are both previously used with normal scuffs and wear but fully functional. Unfortunately the charger is NOT included but I will send the phone fully charged with the battery wrapped seperately. I am including pics of a charger so the winner will know what type of charger is needed. This is a good starter phone for a teenager. These are both Alltel.
