This was from my 15 lb Pekinese mix. It can be made smaller. (Please dont ask how small I dont know).

Blue dog harness with blue matching leash. Little dog bones and dog paws printed on them both.

A harness is better to use on a little dog than a collar. The collar chokes a little dog and you have more control over the dog since you are not choking them.

Depends on the size of the dog. I put a picture of my dog on the auction page do give people an idea of how big Milo was.

@Vampire if she used it on a small dog probably not labs grow up to be big. I think you would be fine if the lab is a puppy but other than that I doubt it only because harnesses go by sizes and a lab most likely be a Large or X-Large :-( It's very cute I'm watching
