No ma'am it's perfect for 12ms :) my son loved it! Each animal individually spins as well as the whole wheel so it's great for improving motor skills!

I Love vtech toys, Amazon reviews on this are great except for all the complaints about the suction cup not working, is this true of this one? Watching and bidding anyway, Velcro and duct tape can fix just about anything haha:)

It sticks very well on my counters and the tile floors at my mothers house and my sliding glass door but on the wood floors it has a hard time sticking to it, mainly it has a hard time sticking to wood Good luck :) my son loved carrying it around with him and spinning it.
