-- Personal payment w/o fees thru PayPal: thru the paypal payment window, when you click sending a payment, in the middle of the screen there are two boxes. The one on the right side says "personal" - you check that and up comes several small boxes, one says gift or payment & you check one. Now as long as there is a cash balance or a savings / checking $ account attached, Paypal will charge NO fees of the transaction. If you have Paypal credit, it will charge the fees to you, that way the small shipping amount is not eaten up with paypal commissions, otherwise pay normally and add another $1 to the amount quoted to cover the Paypal fees [ its your $]
