Not sure they just say 8 1/2 Medium. Might want to check with the Naturalizers web site.

So does "like brand new" mean that there are scuffs on the toes, or wear on the inside at all?

These shoes have "NO" wear to them at all. That means no scuffs, the inside of the shoes are perfect, just like you would have taken them out of the box and wore them around the house for an hour.
