The height for this purse is around 9 1/2 inches~ the width is about 8 1/2 inches. Not sure of the length of strap. Has a place to put your credit cards, etc. Plenty of space to store things. Would make a great travel bag. Comes from a smoke free home.

O I gotcha;)... I think it's a unique piece for anyone to own...including a teenager. it seems more casual to me. It has a shoulder strap , you don't have to carry it only by the bamboo handle;)
