This is a crescent Fuller Bristlecomb brush. The front handle says "pure boar bristle" while the back of the handle says "regular, Fuller, Bristlecomb". You are supposed to turn your wrist when brushing your hair with this brush, it will bring out the natural oils in your hair and make your hair shine.
I purchased as a collector's item and never used, I can't say that it was EVER used but looks quite pristine. You may want to wash it before using it if that is what you intend to do with it. To clean your brush use warm water and mild soap. Fuller brushes will last for years and years and are made of great quality.
