5. I ship for FREE within the United States, all territories, APOs and FPOs.

6. Shipping is available to Canada for an exact fee. Payments are through PayPal only. Please contact me for a quote.

7. The GIN is not negotiable. The GIN is based on my costs for the item plus shipping multiplied by the credit value on the day that the listing started. Current credit value is approximately 7100 credits per $1. Shipping rates were increased 25% by the USPS on 1/17/15.
