this is an auction for a gameboy cartridge that was made in japan and contains multiple games. the games ARE NOT PIRATED, NOR DO THEY INFRINGE ON ANY NINTENDO COPYRIGHT OR PATENT. They are games made to the likeness of others. NO nintendo characters are used, and the game is legal to own and SELL. According to a court ruling in 1987, any person/company has the right to manufacture software for and hardware without the permission of the hardware company. this was the case with TENGEN who manufactured nintendo games like Gauntlet in the 80's. nintendo did not give them their seal of approval, and they went to court and it was ruled that they had the right to make games for the nes even without nintendos seal of approval. thats why the games were black cartridges instead of grey. so if any "moderators" say they are removing this auction because this game violates nintendos policy, THEY ARE WRONG. if this does get removed its because of revenge and nothing else. seems someone doesnt want me to list this item for personal reasons. not sure why, but I had many people interested, so ill keep listing it until the childish behavior stops.
the games that are on this cartridge are SIMILAR to mario land and tetris. they come with different types of options and playing modes, its a neat little game to have . it will play in any gameboy advance, usa or japanese, and has at least 30 games. I never bothered to count them all, and since I no longer have my GBA, I cannot give you an accurate count, but I do guarantee that there will be at least 30 games to select from. you can bid with confidence, I will ship this for free to anywhere in the lower 48. if you are outside of the states, I will ship it to you but you will be required to pay the shipping costs, no handling charges will be added and a shipping receipt will be included. good luck and thanks for checking it out!!
