This is a one of a kind art piece. The frame is hollowed out ceramic and made to sit on a table or shelf of some kind. The front of it is painted a glossy royal blue with white flowers/yellow centers. I came upon a wheel small enough to fit into the frame, painted it white and then found almost identical artificial flowers that match the frame's flowers. I wove the flowers/leaves into the wheel and now it looks like something from a garden.The white line on the top of the frame is a piece of string, not a crack.
