It's a small bear with a real 14k gold pendant on a chord around it's neck with a cute little story of how the bear got the heart of gold and wears it proudly and that whoever you gift it to should wear it proudly as he did cause they're deserving of it for having such a beautiful heart

It's about the size of a nickel,I can't remove it from the cord without messing it up ,where the cord don't look right anymore sorry
